It's not often I take myself off to exhibitions but I was rather excited when I heard that the exhibition in question would involve costumes from my Idols #Kylie Minogue and #David Bowie the installations are around the shopping centre the best way to view it all is to pick up brochure from the friendly staff at the information centre.
It will guide you round to outfits worn in Video Shoots, Live shows etc, if your a #SpiceGirls fan you are in for a treat there are 2 garments of Eurythmics singer #Annie Lennox and even a '1960's Tweed jacket worn by #Mick Jagger in #Rewind ,if pop isn't your bag some of #Angelina Jolie's garement's worn in her first movie #Hackers might just be ..
The Exhibition also feature's 'Oversized' Photographs by Denis O Reagan the key thing is to look up when walking around and you will see them all around, its worth a look as the company involved are from 'the Contempory Warbdrobe' by 'Roger K Burton' he used to loan out garments to the stars in Film TV and fashion from '1978' onward, its a pity there isn't much more than this on offer from the vault, but its an excellent way to spend your lazy Sundays and rainy Bank Holidays combining shopping, Eating with a journey into Rock & Pop History.
